Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
When you use FindEpoxyContractors.com, we may collect the following information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, city, and state when you submit a quote request or contact form.
- Project Information: Details about your epoxy flooring project, including service type and project description.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, interactions, device and browser information, approximate location, and referring URLs collected through standard web server logs and Google Analytics when analytics consent is granted.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Connect you with epoxy flooring contractors in your area
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests
- Improve our website and services
- Send you relevant information about your project (only if you opt in)
3. Information Sharing
When you provide consent and submit a quote request, your project and contact information may be shared with one or more contractors that appear suitable for the location and service requested. Those contractors may contact you by phone, email, or text about the project. We do not sell quote-request data for unrelated third-party marketing.
4. Form Submissions
Our quote request and contact forms are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form handling service, and stored in our access-controlled Supabase customer relationship system so we can review, match, and follow up on requests. When you submit a form, your data may be transmitted to both services for those purposes. For details about Web3Forms, refer to the Web3Forms Privacy Policy. Supabase provides the database infrastructure and security controls used for our private lead records.
On the full quote form, we may send the five-digit ZIP code to Zippopotam.us to compare the submitted city and state with public postal-location data. We do not send that service your name, email address, phone number, or project details. The result is used only as a manual-review signal and does not automatically reject a request.
5. Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and actions such as quote requests, contractor-profile views, and outbound clicks. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers when you grant analytics consent. We do not use Analytics to send names, phone numbers, email addresses, or quote-form contents to Google.
You can accept or decline analytics through the consent notice shown on the website. Your preference is stored in your browser and can be cleared through your browser storage settings. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Our website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including contractor websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
